Flow Foundations- Starting the Beginning of Each Month

This is a specialist month course to introduce you to Flow, our style of training and CrossFit. Our beginners month consists of a private session running every Thursday evening at 6pm, this session is not compulsory but is a great session to attend to give you the basics and introduction teachings to Flow led by the owner of Flow and one of our most experiences coaches Oakley. Through these sessions Oakley will introduce you to the basic movements that you will use when attending any of our classes and will be on hand to guide you to build confidence in the gym from start to finish. The end of the course finishes with a 1-1 chat relating to your nutrition, lifestyle factors and overall goals behind coming to Flow. Included in this is...
